6m WSPR at night


WSPRing 6m last night with 5W (WSPR QRO sorry). I hoped for some transatlantic spots but ended with these 2 spots. I think some of you think this is getting a bit dull, but for those that are familiar with the 6m band it is interesting. Especially the spot from OH7AI at approx sunrise. The path to HB9TJM was reciprocal so a QSO would have been possible via JT mode,

WSPR 6m afgelopen nacht met 5W (QRO voor WSPR sorry!). Ik hoopte op trans atlantische spots maar uiteindelijk werd ik maar door 2 stations gezien. Sommige lezers zullen dit hele gedoe wel saai vinden. Maar voor degene die op de hoogte is van 6m en de propagatie mogelijkheden is het wel interessant. Vooral the spot van OH7AI op de tijd dat de zon ongeveer opkomt denk ik. Het pad naar HB9TJM was reciproke dus een QSO was in theorie mogelijk met JT mode.

    Ondanks maar 2 spots toch een mooi resultaay gezien de slechte condities.

    Hallo Bas, toch mooi Finland 's nachts. Ja, voor diegenen die liever echte qso's maken is dit saai. Maar ik zie WSPR als propagatie onderzoek. Blijft toch erg leuk en interessant. 73 Paul

      Overal zijn uitdagingen Paul. Dit komt weer wat dichter bij VHF. Het blijft altijd maar de vraag of iemand je hoort of dat je iemand hoort op 6m. 73, Bas
